Apology

Last week I wrote: Do not try to do it all. Unfortunately it read as if I were discouraging you from supporting Cafod. Far from it. But in the week several had come forward with propaganda for a variety of good works and forms of prayer, caring and charity. There was not enough room on our notice boards. CALLING ALL READERS (and non-readers!)

Do you want to understand better the readings which you will share with the congregation? We are hoping to understand /share the Word of God in our group meeting on Thursday 3rd May at 7:30 in the Becket Centre. You will be guided in this sharing using the "Lectio Divina" method of quiet reflection--not discussion. This meeting particularly applies to Readers for the Sunday Liturgies of May 6th but all are welcome - Readers and non-readers, anyone who wishes to understand better the Word of God. Thank you. Sr Sandra.

To ensure they continue to listen and to create the permanent change needed to ensure we never see a tragedy like Rana Plaza again, we need everyone to join Fashion Revolution and keep asking one simple question: Who Made My Clothes? Have you ever wondered who made your clothes? How much they’re paid, and what their liv
