REMEMBERING
Painted stones were placed in front of the altar this Remembrance Weekend by the Brownies and Rainbows, while the Roll of Honour was supplemented by pictures of casualty William Jotcham and his little girl Olive. A new name was recently added to the Roll; Sergeant Pilot Gerald McLoughlin from The Vale, who was shot down in France during 1940. A picture of his grave was displayed, and more information is being gathered in time for his 80th anniversary next June.
